I have been too busy to post. Alan and Sara were here. Weather was very cold and rainy for Sara's spring break here.  Ironically, it is gorgeous again. I think I am entering Phase IV. (Phase I, travel to TX. Phase II, settle in, enjoy, explore. Phase III, enjoy family. Phase IV, contemplation & SXSW.
